1. anybody can upload photos but have to be made by the person that upload's it
2. the photo has to be made on a live show or event
3. traditional art is also allowed as long as it is a portrait of someone playing live, in a concert, an instrument etc.

I have a question concerning submitting photos. If we want to submit a photo that does not fit the current contest do we/can we submit it to the featured? This is probably a stupid question but I'm new to being in any groups and I just wanted to make sure first
